Once the area is numb and you are comfortable, Dr. McCatty will place one or several implants, depending on the extent of your tooth loss.
After your implants integrate with the bone and the area heals, Dr. McCatty will place a small connector known as an abutment that will hold your dental implant restoration securely in place. The entire process, from placing your dental implants to restoring your complete smile, can take anywhere from 3-6 months, depending on your arch, your healing, and your individual needs.
